- London Dry gin50 ml
- Premium tonic water150 ml
- Lime or lemon wedge1
- Large ice cube1
How to make it

Chill a balloon glass — cold glass keeps bubbles alive.

Add a single large ice cube and pour in the gin.

Pour the tonic down the side of the glass to keep the carbonation.

Garnish with a lime wedge — squeeze gently if you want more citrus.
